Plum Velvet Party Dress C'est Chouette
Pretty plum and floral velvet top dress with tons of tulle from C'.C. couture also known as C'est Chouette. Tulle has intricate floral designs. The front has two velvet flowers with rhinestones and the leaves have some beading for a little bling. The back ties with a thin velvet tie. Fully lined with tulle netting to add some extra fullness. Top is 90% polyester, 10% spandex. Bottom is 100% polyester , Lining is 100% nylon.
