Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

International orders: We only ship within the United States at this time.
Payment Options: We ONLY accept payments through Paypal, but don't worry you don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal. When you finalize your order, the paypal screen will appear. On the left hand side of the screen, you wil see the question, "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit or debit card to pay" , simply click on the "Continue" button and you will be able to pay through Paypal by using your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER card or BANK ACCOUNT.

SSL ensures that communication, personal informationis not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
Returns/Refunds: Customer Service is our Priority so if you didn’t love your purchase from Dulce Bebé Boutique, we will be happy to take it back. We will accept returns within 14 days after you received the item for a complete refund, minus the shipping costs. In the event that you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be subtracted from your refund. After 14 days, all returns will be issued as store credit or exchange.
If it has been more than 30 days from the date your item was shipped out, Dulce Bebé Boutique cannot return or exchange an item or provide store credit.
Items must be returned to Dulce Bebé in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Dulce Bebé Boutique cannot refund the following items: clearance/sale merchandise, handmade or custom made items, personalized items, bath and body products, and bathing suits.
When returning an item, please include the original copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, Dulce Bebé will be unable to process your return.
Credit or shipments will be processed within 14 days after item is received.
Dulce Bebé will notify you by email to the email address on file once the credit or exchange is processed.
Please note that you should always insure your package and obtain a tracking number before returning items. We recommend using UPS or USPS when shipping your item back to us.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 7.25% will be charged to all orders shipped within California.
